This is my absolute favorite place to get an acai bowl. I love that you can make your own, have multiple bases, and lots of topping choices. The service and quality is always top notch here, I highly recommend if you're downtown.
Ordered a mini acai bowl, iced coffee, and the Excellence Power Toast. Food was available promptly and brought to our table (we ate in), and everything was fresh and delicious. Would definitely eat there again.
We really enjoyed what we ate but the lack of efficiency put a damper on our experience. There was only one person making bowls for people who were ordering lots of different toppings and they hadn't totally decided what they wanted yet and it took a really long time. There should have been at least two people Behind the counter taking care of that and someone else to take the orders to the kitchen. All I wanted was a scoop of ice cream and had to wait 20 minutes to even...
