Kneaders has been going downhill for the last 5-10 years. Today was the last straw. They won’t be getting my business any longer. I had saved up quite a bit of reward points. The rewards were the only thing that made spending the exorbitant costs on their food worth it. They updated their app overnight, prompted me to reset my password and once into the app, my rewards, order history, everything was gone. Don’t waste your money going here. Don’t eat here! Got 2 sandwiches & both had huge tears in bread. Everything fell out cuz no bread to hold it in. Ordered an avocado veggie, but no avocado. I messaged them & they refuse to respond.
I just ordered the Apple Cranberry salad. I really wanted Kneaders turkey that comes on it. When I ordered it, it even gave me an option to remove turkey but I did not click to remove it. The turkey makes this salad. No turkey. Just a plain salad with some apples and cheese. $20 to have this salad delivered and it's such a disappointment. You should change the way someone can order this salad if you don't include turkey on it. I work 12 hour days and this is my one meal today....read full review
