“This has been my favorite restaurant for so many years now. I have yet to find a place that comes close to the incredible flavors & textures Omar’s menu offers. Not only does it taste amazing, but you leave feeling amazing too because the food is SO nutritious & life-giving! You can’t go wrong with any of the dishes. I was going to list my favorites here, but the list is just too long - haha! I love the food, I love the ambiance, I love Omar and all the staff! ❤️“

“I found this gem while visiting the University of Utah with my daughter. It is a little incognito on the outside, situated in a small strip mall, but I had high hopes. I was greeted by the owner Agí as well as the wonderful aromas of fresh cut fruits and vegetables. The shop was clean and orderly and had lots of liquid nourishment choose from. There were trays of live sprouts and grasses for juicing, refrigerators filled with fresh pressed juices and smoothies, and tureens of homemade soups. I satisfied my cravings with a double shot of wheatgrass and a bottle ginger lemonade sweetened with agave. If you are in SLC and want to eat healthy, this is a good bet!“
