Lola is a unique restaurant known for its amazing food and fantastic drinks, according to multiple reviews. The scallops and asada tacos are particularly praised, and the Miso Burger is considered one of the best in Salt Lake City. The inside has a welcoming aesthetic, and service is often described as excellent and accommodating. The food, including shrimp tacos, carnitas tacos, chilaquiles, and the guac, is highly recommended, and the homemade corn tortillas are very fresh. The drinks, especially the mezcali margaritas, are a highlight—fresher and less sugary than typical mixes. This awesome 'off the beaten path' restaurant has a patio to view the mountains and a small town vibe. The food is absolutely bursting with flavor and portions are well worth the money.
