O'Shucks Bar & Grill Ahh Sushi

First time at O’Shucks Bar and Grill and it won’t be my last! Arrived right when they opened – the place was clean (a little older, but well-kept) with a great laid-back vibe. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I didn’t realize they’re known for their sushi, but I tried five different rolls recommended by the waitress and every single one was delicious – fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The food overall was fantastic, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy.

Definitely planning to come back, and I’ll be recommending O’Shucks to friends looking for great sushi, tasty food, and a friendly environment.

Very good sushi, for what I initially thought was kind of a dive-bar-y kind of place. But this was both a great sushi restaurant, and also a great dive bar, with great drinks and even open-mic comedy that randomly happened later. Also the music was absurdly loud, it had a cool bar ambiance while maintaining a conversational level of music. Also kitchen was open late (we were there around 10-11pm?) Definitely a cool place to check out.

Everyone I've come to this place, from the live band Cactus Cola, to the key lime pie martini, to the wonderful fish sandwich. Its the perfect spot!!!! The icing on the cake is out on the patio they allow pets! I can't forget about the great service Yolonda was a great waitress! Had to tell the manager how wonderful his establishment was!. If your looking for a great relaxing place to come on a weekend, this is the place!!!!

Oh, how I wish Ahh Sushi wasn't adjoined to a bar! I would love to be able to bring my siblings here. The sushi is phenomenal. I LOVE their spider roll. It's a little dismaying how you need to be ID'd to get in... I get it, it's a bar, but I wish there was a separate restaurant only area. I've stood outside in the cold on one occasion to wait for the sushi because it is that good (And the employees are super kind, to take your order back and get it made to go when you forget your ID.)
I really do recommend it! It's so yummy!

Was interesting to walk into an Irish, turn to the right, sushi! A start of a bad joke! But not joking around, the happy hour for sushi was great!! Don't sleep on the fish at O'shucks!!

I ordered some of their specialty rolls and a beer. The food was okay. The servers were nice and attentive. Street parking or paid garage parking available. Happy hour specials offered. It's an interesting establishment as it's a shared space between two stores. Sushi dining on one side of the room and a sports bar on the other with views and traffic from both sides. The bathrooms were.. how do I say, expected for a hole in the wall spot. The overall experience was 3 stars.
