This place may be a simple food truck, taking orders and then letting you have a seat in your car until your food is ready, but once you dig in, everything is exploding with fresh flavors of catfish, prime jumbo sea shrimp, and some fresh Cajun seasoned fries to tie it together with the usual seafood condiments. Everything here tasted amazing and there were no regrets once digging in.Parking: It's a truck.
Excellent quality. The breading is my favorite of all the fish trucks we have. I like them all, but if all three were there, I would walk up to this truck and order fish and a side of shrimp.
