Went there today ordered their special salad and a steak. Ordered their steak medium rare , my boyfriend ordered the same. We got the steaks his was medium rare, mine was well done. I wasn't rude and my boyfriend asked if mine could be replaced.

Raw food terrible service, and this is on multiple occasions
HUGE THANK YOU to SIZZLER for taking care of me and my family!! Every year on this day we go to Sizzler and remember my Mom. It was her favorite place! Today would be 15 years!! The pandemic wasn’t going to allow us to keep our tradition because yesterday all Utah Sizzlers temporarily closed. The manger came to my house personally and brought us food, on them.
