Very good. Service a little slow but I think that is part of the experience. Good was very good and filling for the course meal. Wine pairing is complimentary to the food and they bring out the whole bottle for a display so we get a better idea of the wine, usually we don't know or forget right after during wine pairings. One of the better course meals in SLC.
I really can’t imagine a nicer dining experience! The atmosphere is so perfectly elegant. The menu has just the right amount of choices. Make sure to order an assortment of things because you will definitely want to taste as many of these spectacular dishes that you can. The pastas are so special, we tried the risotto for 2 that had eel and black garlic, literally such a treat. And I need to speak about the service. Just perfect! Not too much, not ever intrusive but always...

The waiters and waitresses were unbelievably polite, gracious, and unobtrusive. And the general decorum of the setting is elegant and peaceful.
However, the food is mediocre. It is not the masterful, gourmet, authentic Italian food the menu belies. It feels like amateur home cooking, if anything.
