Every time I come to the location it says it closes at a certain time it does not close at that certain time. I'll come an hour earlier and it's closed.

Went there at 7:24pm on friday since they close at 8pm, and all the lights were out and they were closed. Wasted a trip. Maybe change your hours online?

Today came to a different location of Starbucks and it’s was very disappointing. I mobile ordered a venti shaken espresso with extra oat milk, less ice. Barista named Karen handed me the drink, but it was a grande drink in a venti cup. I handed back to Karen, but she asked for a 70cent extra charge for the drink, even though I alr paid for a venti. She began to educate me by saying because you ordered a less ice and espresso, that’s why the drink was “water down.” Felt speechless, took the drink back, I gaze back and saw barista karen roll her eyes at me. Didn’t feel fair and went back again, another barista that wear glasses was very kind with nice attitude , and remake the drink again. Tysm!

I made a mobile order, but this location was out of my order, so the app kicked my order to a different location (I didn’t know this was a thing, but it needs to be fixed). The cute girls were SUPER sweet and helpful!! They quickly made me a replacement drink and sent me on my way, because I didn’t have time to drive to the other location. I’m so grateful and I appreciate them so much!!! (I wish I had gotten their names!)

Two ladies working at 11 AM couldn’t even be bothered to get off their phone to take my order. One was literally sitting on the floor and told me to ask someone else. Worst Starbucks experience of my life. They didn’t even approach me just shouted at me from 4 feet away.

The employees here are top notch. I inquired to ask if they would save empty milk containers to start seeds in for my garden. They happily gathered them for me, and offered me their used coffee grounds for my garden as well, even texting me when they were ready for pick up.I am not a coffee drinker, but these are fantastic people!
