The food here is really good and packed with flavor! I usually go for the Utah Bowl—I love how all the flavors come together, making it both delicious and satisfying while still feeling healthy. My only wish is that they included more protein, but I always add extra to make up for it.
One thing I really appreciate is that they display the nutritional facts on the menu when you order. It’s a great touch for anyone who likes to keep track of what they’re eating!

I've been going to this location since it opened, but I will no longer eat at this restaurant. Over the last 3 months, the portions I have received are wildly different from week to week. I literally got half the amount of food last week, and it was missing two ingredients. I paid $15 for maybe $8 worth of food. I will never eat at Vessel again. If you choose to order food here, I would highly suggest checking your order before you leave to make sure they gave you the correct food and portions. This restaurant is horribly managed.

This is bye far my favorite restaurant. Insanely good food ?, great atmosphere and havnt had a bad service experience here ever. If your looking for some really good healthy food vessel kitchen is absolutely a need to go.
Was told 5 minutes three times for my order. They went to the “back” to check my order. I don’t know why when they made it at the front.

It was smaller than I thought it would be. It's just a tiny little store, not sure if they prepare the food there or not. That said, the food is good, just like the larger stores.

Food was fantastic, healthy, and filling. I love how each item was marked with the dietary criteria it met, such as Vegan, Gluten Free, and even Whole 30. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

I ordered the high tide meal with rainbow trout and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was salty, but my meal was great! I’d definitely to back. The spaghetti squash was perfect!
