This location has great service and is clean and nice. But I've never seen such tiny patties as this on a Classic Chicken sandwich. I don't care if they want to raise their price, or just sell a smaller sandwich and call it something else. But I'd rather pay more to know what I'm going to get than play roulette on whether the size of my meal is going to be satisfying. This location has now twice given me small triangular chicken that doesn't even cover the bun when I ordered the Classic Chicken sandwich. I'm not sure if this is shrinkflation by the main franchise intentionally incorporating randomly smaller chicken patties to mess with our sense of consistency, but I'm way too familiar with the large size of chicken that I used to get a couple of years back when I lived close to a certain location and regularly ate a lot of Classic Chicken sandwiches. Those former sandwiches were always similar-sized pieces of meat that either came off the bun in all directions or extended way over the edge to one side or the other (and the center was quite thick). So, whether it's a quality control thing or whether it's shrinkflation, either way, my experience of getting significantly smaller patties when I'm expecting something more substantial makes me just not want to return.

now i don’t expect good customer service at a wedndy’s or any fast food… but the worker here was so rude lmao. i pulled up to the window to pay and she asked if i wanted any sauce i said can i just get sour cream, her response was “ok and?” i was like that’s it. she then proceeded to start laughing in my face like okay… had hella attitude for no reason and clearly doesn’t belong working with people if you can’t even not be a 🐶 at work lmao, food was gas though

We rarely go to fastfood anymore. Once we did, we remembered this location as being one of the good ones. But, recalling experience, we go inside to order to go. We both say - sandwiches only, no meals. What I ordered - Dave's triple and Chicken wrap, my wife ordered Bacon double and chicken sandwich. On the spot - we are handled a drink cup because "oh, I thought you said Meal". I say OK. We go to the soda machine and it sprays all over the place - Oh, so sorry, we forgot to put the parts on. Great. Then we come home and when I paid for Dave's triple turned out a simple cheeseburger and chicken wrap - nothing but a wrap, lettuce and literally 3 small chunks of chicken.

customer service was awful, mind you i don’t expect great customer service, it’s a wendy’s but the real kicker was that i didn’t even get half of my order. i had two chicken sandwiches and two sides, all i got was the sides. i don’t care about not being friendly, i just wanted my chicken sandwiches
The night crew is always rude. I had an experience where the employee had AirPods in and was actively on the phone talking to someone while the window was open and she was charging my card. The food was good, per usual, but their service makes me want to go to any other Wendy’s or even the McDonald’s across the street. Their management needs to get on this ASAP.

I got home with my taco salad and the chili was missing!! And it looked like it had a whole can of corn on it. The chili is what makes the salad. I'm so disappointed 😞
