While the food is always always fresh and delicious and the staff at this particular Wendy's are absolutely sweet and kind, my most recent visit to this Wendy's was bad due to low amount of fries (I ordered a large) and my frosty for me and my sister weren't even properly filled.. I'm very upset about this and will probably be going to another Wendy's for a while. Again, the staff there are great and wonderful and service is amazing, but this was a bit outrageous

Ordered three Biggie Bags with Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, just to get home and find none of the burgers had bacon on them. Everything else was fine, but kind of defeats the purpose of ordering a bacon cheeseburger. Just wanted to share in case management sees this and can tighten up order accuracy. Order 1435572107

I walked in to the lobby and waited more than 5 min and was completely ignored. Employees avoided eye contact and refused to acknowledge mine and my daughter's existence. Will not be returning.

Good area of town. Good food and substitution options. Fast service although the overall service is lacking. $42 for 3 combo meals seems really pricey. But things are more expensive now everywhere. The outdoor/patio tables were dirty and the staff, including the manager were not going to clean them. But they did tell us to grab some napkins and do it ourselves. We were told to use the water from the drink machine. So, we cleaned our table off. Won't be returning there. Maybe not Wendy's in general.

Friendly service but I paid 2 dollars extra for a 4-piece tenders and they still gave me a 3-piece. Didn't realize it until I got home. I know it's only 2 dollars but I don't like being charged for something and not receiving it.
Great service, very easy going and fast. Unfortunately, my burger bun was pretty stale

There is something about the burgers hear I get mine at night after work and they are incredibly good, warm and freash. Best burger I have ever had at a fast food place and everyone at Home Depot up the street agrees we all love it.
