We rarely go to fastfood anymore. Once we did, we remembered this location as being one of the good ones. But, recalling experience, we go inside to order to go. We both say - sandwiches only, no meals. What I ordered - Dave's triple and Chicken wrap, my wife ordered Bacon double and chicken sandwich. On the spot - we are handled a drink cup because "oh, I thought you said Meal". I say OK. We go to the soda machine and it sprays all over the place - Oh, so sorry, we forgot to put the parts on. Great. Then we come home and when I paid for Dave's triple turned out a simple cheeseburger and chicken wrap - nothing but a wrap, lettuce and literally 3 small chunks of chicken.

customer service was awful, mind you i don’t expect great customer service, it’s a wendy’s but the real kicker was that i didn’t even get half of my order. i had two chicken sandwiches and two sides, all i got was the sides. i don’t care about not being friendly, i just wanted my chicken sandwiches

The night crew is always rude. I had an experience where the employee had AirPods in and was actively on the phone talking to someone while the window was open and she was charging my card. The food was good, per usual, but their service makes me want to go to any other Wendy’s or even the McDonald’s across the street. Their management needs to get on this ASAP.

I got home with my taco salad and the chili was missing!! And it looked like it had a whole can of corn on it. The chili is what makes the salad. I'm so disappointed 😞

This Wendy's always has It down !
- still love this wendys but a few newer employees keep messing up my order. I know it's not the funnest job but let's make sure we're hitting the right buttons .
They did make it right and will be giving me two free meals but man all I wanted was to eat and relax when I got home and instead I threw out my dinner and now am writing this "Karen" review 🙃

I ordered the new mushroom angus burger, double with a frosty and the frosty was by far the best thing. The fries cut my mouth open because of sitting there so long and one bite of the triple mushroom burger, Ordered the double and im in the bathroom, after one bite,when i am done, I am driving down there and demanding my money back. Horrible experience

What can I say about Wendy's that hasn't already been said? I get the Jr. bacon cheeseburger. It's super good and used to be cheaper. But they brought the price up to give the burger some worth.

place was yet again not clean, dirty floors snd dirty tables. and the fries are really marginal. Burger King on the other hand has great fries

What a waste of money. Not only were our burgers not hot, they were actually cold to the touch, I didn’t even eat mine because I don’t want food poisoning. I paid for food that was inedible, If you’re going to charge n $12.50 for a cheeseburger meal, maybe put out a quality product, it’s ridiculous. After leaving the drive through we tried our Diet Dr Peppers, they were gross, the syrup was running out, I drove back through the drive thru and the manager gave us new drinks out of the same machine. She didn’t fix it and she acted annoyed that we were returning them. $30 wasted and we’re still hungry because we couldn’t eat what we were given.
