“I’ve been going to Cafe Rio since I can remember and this was the best experience I’ve had. Robert was so fun and kind (they were super understaffed and I could tell he was working so hard to keep up morale and customer service). I actually went back the next day and it was well staffed and I commented how great the tortillas that had just been cooked looked, the woman making them handed me one! It made my day, I believe her name was Lacita.“

“Was just down here on vacation and was able to meet the owner supper great guy mentioned they were going to be bringing in a lot more of a breakfast selection can’t wait to see it ! Supper kid friendly gave my kids free doughnut holes and not to mention the food and service was on point supper fast and high quality! “Durangos is still really yummy, however, I heard that they have new owners and some recipes have definitely changed. I do not understand why someone would purchase something popular and change recipes that people clearly love. The grilled chicken has especially lost flavor. I wish they would have kept the food the way it was, the way everyone LOVED.“

“I just rolled in here to grab a snack. I didn’t realize it was in the back of a gas station convenience store (not a problem by the way). I ordered some tacos and they were not only ready very quickly, but the cook was extremely nice, the price was good, and the taste was amazing. I was able to try a carnitas, an al pastor, and a birria and they were all excellent. Top tier tacos!“

“Our volleyball team dined here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered a variety of entrees and skinny Margarita's. Our waitress was very attentive throughout our stay, checking in to make sure we were good on salsas, chips, water, etc. We ordered a shredded chicken house salad with ranch dressing, soft and hard tacos, beef, chicken, and pork, along with a large taco salad. Everything tasted great and cooked fresh to order. Will definitely return for other meals in the future.“

Great, friendly, they review your order, 12 tables, self- siting. You can also order To-go, drive-thru.
Menu:
Tacos, Tortas, Burritos, Quesadillas, Posole, all the classic ones. If you know They have lengua.
Food:
Great. Happily Surprised of the different choices you have. This is a place will keep you coming back. As a reference I had the burrito they served it without condiments that you can add to taste, also you have a choice of a salsa bar.
Price:
They are good to your pocket, being as original as they are.
Overall:
I will comeback and highly recommend it. There is only another Mexican restaurant in the region I would recommend at this time, and it's not in Saint George.“

“Great customer service, friendly people. Typically the food is great. Sometimes the carne asada is kinda salty, but I usually keep munchin because regardless it’s still so good. But today it was super salty to where I had to stop midway through, so I turned to the fries to fill up my stomach and they were overcooked without flavor. Don’t take my one bad experience into account. Because I’ve had plenty of great experiences, which is why I give it a five. I’m just kinda sad about my burrito.“

“My husband and I have been coming here for so long and we’ve always just loved the food. Something that I feel they could get better at is learning a little bit more English to communicate effectively with customers. I understand if 1-2 workers have a language barrier, but when it’s most of the staff with just one translator it’s really hard. I also don’t like that they seem to get frustrated with US if they don’t understand us.“
