“I would give this place a 5⭐️ if they were open consistently. Everytime family comes down from Logan it’s closed. No rhyme or reason to it. The food is amazing and we love it. They need to hire more people so the owners can leave sometimes and keep the place open. We have been there several times and they close early because they run out of food. I just wish we could get their amazing food consistently.”

You'll never regret a visit to Chubby's. They have regular and jumbo booths. Its a bit noisy and lighting is bright, garage diner vibe.”

“Came here for the first time, not very big on burgers but my friend told me about the Hawaiian teriyaki burger so I needed to try it. the girl who took my order was very nice and helpful, gaved me some suggestions on other things to eat and it called my attention so I did, I got jalapeño poppers and a Reeses shake. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had in awhile”

“I’m a regular customer! Their ice cream is some of the best and I’m an ice cream connoisseur. The only complaint I have is I really miss the descriptions of what’s in their ice cream on their menu board. I think that’s a corporate change, but I miss seeing their yummy concoctions. Maybe add a QR code so we can see the descriptions while waiting in line? Just a thought. 💭”

“I did not expect to find this level of sushi in Saratoga Springs. Red 8 was such a pleasant surprise. Fresh, tasty rolls that came out fast and totally hit the spot. The vibe is cozy, very family friendly, and they do takeout which is a huge win for busy nights. Great service and seriously yummy sushi. A new favorite.”

“This is the best pizza I’ve had in a while. I was hesitant to try something new but it was phenomenal! Brina was over the top friendly and helpful for my detailed order, she made the pizza with the fresh toppings EVENLY (pet peeve of mine 😉) and loaded them on. The flavor was amazing. We got a pizza, cheese bread, and cinnamon sticks which everyone enjoyed. The only suggestion I’d have is to be able to choose a seasoning for the crust, although it is good tasting the way it is as well with nothing on it.”

“Coldstone is delicious but busy. This location specifically is always crazy but the last time I was there a worker named Henlee. Although there were 10 people in line, she managed to work fast and efficiently without harming the customer experience.

She was extremely kind and had such a friendly smile. With a short interaction, she was able to repair the customer relationship that was harmed by long lines.

She is an awesome worker and will go far with the right opportunities and training.”
