“I would give this place a 5⭐️ if they were open consistently. Everytime family comes down from Logan it’s closed. No rhyme or reason to it. The food is amazing and we love it. They need to hire more people so the owners can leave sometimes and keep the place open. We have been there several times and they close early because they run out of food. I just wish we could get their amazing food consistently.”

“Came here for the first time, not very big on burgers but my friend told me about the Hawaiian teriyaki burger so I needed to try it. the girl who took my order was very nice and helpful, gaved me some suggestions on other things to eat and it called my attention so I did, I got jalapeño poppers and a Reeses shake. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had in awhile”

“Red 8 continues to be the best sushi in Saratoga Springs! I left a 5 star review 2 years ago, I deleted it so I could leave a new review. I’m happy to say Red 8 is still 5 stars! Red 8’s atmosphere is always light and welcoming, the staff are kind and accommodating. if you’re a local, they’ll remember their customers and treat you as friends. They remember my family doesn’t like the wasabi so they stopped serving it with the sushi we order, haha. That is dedication!

In a sea of repetitive restaurant chains, Red 8 stands out and I consider it a local gem. you’ll get a level of service here you simply can’t get with all the big, multi location restaurants popping up in Saratoga. treat the staff with kindness and patience and you will receive the same in return. Give it a try!”

“It had been a long day at the hospital and my husband and I finally got around to deciding on dinner. We agreed on pizza and decided on mountain mikes but we were worried because they were closing in 10 min. My husband called to see if he could place an order but we didn’t want to be a burden and keep them open longer if it would take too long. The girl on the phone was SO kind and they were still willing to make our pizza. Not sure how it tastes yet haha but the service was amazing!!”

“This is the best pizza I’ve had in a while. I was hesitant to try something new but it was phenomenal! Brina was over the top friendly and helpful for my detailed order, she made the pizza with the fresh toppings EVENLY (pet peeve of mine 😉) and loaded them on. The flavor was amazing. We got a pizza, cheese bread, and cinnamon sticks which everyone enjoyed. The only suggestion I’d have is to be able to choose a seasoning for the crust, although it is good tasting the way it is as well with nothing on it.”

“Tried Marcos for the first time, since this location opened next to where I live. It’s the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I’m a bit embarrassed to say, but I ate a half of a large pizza and over half of a cheesy bread- which was huge and so much cheese. My only suggestion is they could go heavier on the toppings.”

“Only had breakfast, but it was great! Had an omlette with everything, extra spicy. They were out of coffee, but jumped to make it as soon as I told them! Great service, will eat there every time I visit!”

“Coldstone is delicious but busy. This location specifically is always crazy but the last time I was there a worker named Henlee. Although there were 10 people in line, she managed to work fast and efficiently without harming the customer experience.

She was extremely kind and had such a friendly smile. With a short interaction, she was able to repair the customer relationship that was harmed by long lines.

She is an awesome worker and will go far with the right opportunities and training.”

“I just came through here with my mom and little sisters, they were about to close but were so so kind and fast and patient! And a sandwich from there was all my little sister wanted.
