Google had gotten the hours wrong. I was unknowingly at the drive through 30 minutes early. So I decided to stop at the window. Someone immediately came and helped me. They were very nice and still even served me when they weren't even open yet. They valued customer service and were very quick to whip my order up!“

“The workers here are so so kind. They are always on top of things, they’re fast, and you can tell they care. Chase was wonderful to us and he got to know us by name and offered refills and took our trash from us. Super awesome guy. 10/10 service“

“Oh my goodness!!! I was looking for a good salad place and found this eatery on Google. It was the best Customer Service. I want to say I have ever received!!! Starting from the manager Jenna who was super amazing and gave an awesome recommendation! Then there was Breckenridge, Riley and Max, they had superb customer service, friendliness, and altogether welcoming! Then Lane, Jordan Daisy, Xavier, Andreas everybody was so happy and welcoming.This is my 5th day coming and this will be my new place and location to come as I was looking for a place to pick up lunch three days out of the week. Please please if you’ve not tried out this place, go by there and you’ll be super amazed not only with the food but definitely the customer service is top-tier! it was so many other names that I wish I knew, but they were so so amazing, thank you guys a ton!“

“We like Costa Vida… but, We came today and they charged us an extra 1.99 for chicken with the kids quesadilla i was shocked as they have never charged for meat before. When we got home there was not even any chicken 😞“

“Taz us great every time I come to this location amd he's there he always goes out of hus way to make sure everything is right and actually tells me thank you and thats how customer service should be. I bought from them and I feel like we are missing that these days thx Taz and team. “The pizza is really good and the option to have available are pretty extensive but you can also build your own until you can really customize the pizza to whatever you want. The dough is good. The sauce is good. Toppings are fresh. The staff have always been helpful and kind when I've been here. The seating area is fine. It's a bit loud and not great but it works“

“Rebecca took great care of me in the drive thru today, I came in with a $100 dollar bill and only had 28 in cash, she let me use a coupon to make the total work!! (Sorry about that!!)
This location has always been good to me, Rebecca went above and beyond today.

“Came here for the first time, not very big on burgers but my friend told me about the Hawaiian teriyaki burger so I needed to try it. the girl who took my order was very nice and helpful, gaved me some suggestions on other things to eat and it called my attention so I did, I got jalapeño poppers and a Reeses shake. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had in awhile“
