“Came here for the first time, not very big on burgers but my friend told me about the Hawaiian teriyaki burger so I needed to try it. the girl who took my order was very nice and helpful, gaved me some suggestions on other things to eat and it called my attention so I did, I got jalapeño poppers and a Reeses shake. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had in awhile“

Google had gotten the hours wrong. I was unknowingly at the drive through 30 minutes early. So I decided to stop at the window. Someone immediately came and helped me. They were very nice and still even served me when they weren't even open yet. They valued customer service and were very quick to whip my order up!“

“The workers here are so so kind. They are always on top of things, they’re fast, and you can tell they care. Chase was wonderful to us and he got to know us by name and offered refills and took our trash from us. Super awesome guy. 10/10 service“

“I ordered rhe Strawberry harvest salad, it had 1 strawberry slice. So I asked the guy if it was the right salad, he said the others were under the apples but he'd add more for me. We'll when I mixed my salad there were no more hiding. So I got less then 1 strawberry worth of slices on a $9 half salad. Mean while there were more then 10 containers of strawberries to sell so its not that they didn't have them. The bowls and plates need a good scrub, they were gross. If I didn't know they use a sanitizer for the dishes I would not have eaten my food.“

“We like Costa Vida… but, We came today and they charged us an extra 1.99 for chicken with the kids quesadilla i was shocked as they have never charged for meat before. When we got home there was not even any chicken 😞“

“If you're on a keto diet, you can get a salad and not just any reindeer solid, you can tell them what you want. And I kind of blew the guy's mind a bit when he asked me, what kind of meat you want on it? And I said all of em, and he set all of them.I said, yeah, all of em. then what kind of cheese, again, I said all of him. And what kind of dressing? And I had like three different dressings and every vegetable and it was a very satisfying bowl of meat, cheese and little bit of lettuce. I liked it. Recommend it. The pieces look like they're not a whole lot too of them, but I'm sure that they taste good.“
