Red 8 was a great dinner spot! We shared the General Tso’s chicken, just the right amount of breading, perfect flavor and spice, and the sauce was amazing!! Also tried the California crunch roll, which was fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and fast. Will definitely be back!
This is one of our go-to places for date nights. We always get our food very fast and it is always delicious. We especially like the orange chicken and the yellow curry. The sushi rolls we've gotten have also been fantastic.

Red 8 is our go-to spot — their sushi is unbelievably fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We’ve tried sushi all over Utah, and this place easily ranks at the top. The rolls are creative without being overdone, and everything tastes super clean. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is spotless, and the vibe is just right. Can’t recommend it enough!
