“I would give this place a 5⭐️ if they were open consistently. Everytime family comes down from Logan it’s closed. No rhyme or reason to it. The food is amazing and we love it. They need to hire more people so the owners can leave sometimes and keep the place open. We have been there several times and they close early because they run out of food. I just wish we could get their amazing food consistently.“

Food wise
Pho: Soup is good, beef is tender than I thought, for Asian who drinking soup, please give it a chance. You won’t regret.

Spring roll: Sauce here is good, already have layers, and they shred some peanuts on the sauce make it 10/10.

Thai tea:Too sweet for me personally(Born and raised in Asia), but I can tell for US grown person, it is right on spot. Would recommend.“

“It was our first time here and it blew away our expectations! Right when we walked in, you get greeted by the friendly staff. Our family ordered Pho, Salted Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Coconut Water w/ basil seeds. The Pho was one of the best I’ve ever had. The broth was rich in beefy flavor. Perfect portion as well. The Salted Viet Coffee was to die for and the Coconut Water was very refreshing! I highly recommend stopping by and giving Cafe Trang a try if you want authentic Vietnamese food. You won’t be disappointed.“
