“Drive thru service is always quick and servers are always knowledgeable about the drinks. Today I saw the summer menu gone and replaced by new fall drinks. The server told ke she had tried them all and was able to give me her take on everything and why the Cinnamon water was better with flat vs bubbly sparkling water. I took her recommendation and the drink was SO GOOD!!! Cant wait to come back for another!“

“I go here all the time. Today they put the wrong soda base in my drink by mistake so I asked if they could remake it with the right soda. As soon as I do that I hear all the girls getting bent out of shape about having to remake it saying that I was the one in the wrong when I already felt bad asking for them to remake it. Then when they handed the new one out the window to me, they had purposely made it wrong. They added ice when I had asked for no ice, they didn’t put in any syrup or creamer. I asked for a diet dew gooder with no ice. I ended up with Mountain Dew with extra ice and a lime. I called after I realized this and the girl on the phone was super nice and gave me a refund as points on my loyalty. This is the only weird experience I’ve ever had here.“

“Staff is very friendly, site is clean, and I prefer the flavor combos here more than most places. Convenient location, but if you Door Dash this Roxberry also gives you options to customize your smoothie. I have allergies to bananas and most smoothie places won’t accommodate on Door Dash and this place does.“

“The decorations is so cute, the drinks where AMAZING. I had the brown sugar, and it didn't disappoint at allll, usually don't write reviews but this boba place really did deserve 5 starts.🫶🏽

“You guys… I cannot even tell you how long I have been wishing and waiting for Swig to hop on the gluten free cookie train. They are my go to drink spot but I never felt like I could enjoy a little treat with my kids until last week when I was able to get a gluten free s’mores cookie. It was amazing! My go to drink is the strawberry breeze (must try!)

“We came through the drive through on a busy Saturday afternoon. There was only one girl working, I believe her name was Allie, and she did an amazing job. The card reader was down, but she worked super quickly and got our drinks out as fast as she could. She was super friendly and made it a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be going back!“
