Your stink, the meat was delicious except for the sauce. There is homemade signature sauce that he puts on every meat is disgusting.
He could just put barbecue sauce in like the ribs or inside it and you can add the sweet sauce if you want to
Second of all, do you really need an attitude to baked beans in your signature sauce?

The food is 100% top notch delicious! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! We even had to purchase 2 bottles of BBQ sauce to bring home to Texas with us! The staff was so amazing. They were respectful, helpful, kind, funny, and informative. You need to open a restaurant in Texas!

The pork rivals some of the best in Memphis, and the sausage and turkey are good. While not Texas BBQ, it provides good BBQ for Utah. The dining room is clean, and customers appreciate the friendly staff. Ribs were unavailable, and the brisket was a bit dry, but overall, many find it better than most BBQ places in the area.
