Was passing through Salt Lake City and wanted to get a Red Robin Burger. The food was great, the service was excellent (my waiter Shaalom was on top of everything), and even the manager James came over to ask if everything was up to my standards. I noticed that looking through the reviews for this location, they were lower than other Red Robin locations that I have been to, so I wanted to share my positive experience here.
Food was good. Nothing exotic but tasty. We were a very large group and the service was pretty fast. The only error was more sweet potato fries than ordered but they just gave them to us without charge. The restaurant is busy and extremely noisy and chaotic. Not the restaurant's fault.Dietary restrictions: Granddaughter ordered a gluten free bun. They asked if it was allergy or preference. I came with my wife and a few friends for my birthday, we had the most delightful experience. Ashley was our server and I don’t think I’ve ever had better service literally anywhere. She was attentive, fun and made sure we were entirely taken care of. I was watching and she was doing it for every table she served. Made my whole day and helped me have a fantastic birthday dinner.
