Starbucks in South Jordan

“Usually not the biggest fan of Starbucks, I haven't been in years, but apparently this one just voted to unionize, so I decided to stop by to see if this one was different, and I'll be damned if this isn't the best Starbucks I've been to in Utah! Great service, the staff was cheerful and welcoming!“

“Hi there! I’m not the “go to google and leave a review” type, but today Whitney deserves a shout out! This has possibly been one of the worst weeks of my life and I’m just getting home from a trip which was a family emergency. The lobby and the drive thru was packed but from the moment I pulled in Whitney had such great energy, it was a brief breath of fresh air. She was very considerate patient and had the best attitude. Sometimes small acts can go a long way. Looking forward to coming back to repay the gratitude. Whoever is reading this take the time to do something to pay it forward! Thanks Whitney for turning my week around with a silly pumpkin muffin and some coffee.“

“One time they gave me the wrong coffee (used the wrong beans with the espresso machine), but they admitted their mistake and fixed it. There are a few Starbucks here in Utah that argue with customers when they make mistakes. In my experience, West Jordan, Murray, and Riverton (Bangerter) were horrible. I only drink espresso, no other coffees, every day, so I know what it tastes like. However, this location is very nice.“

“The papusas were excellent!! I had the chicken and my son had the pork. Very impressed with their deliciousness and freshness. I will definitely eat there again. Service was very slow, and we were not presented with a menu, at all! The atmosphere was not great, but the food was well worth the visit!!“

“Never disappointed! i stop here in the morning before work and it’s usually crazy busy with a drive through line through the parking lot, regardless these guys always have such positive energy are quick to fix any mistakes. they always remember my name and order when i come in! I remember on one occasion, an angry customer threw a drink at a young girl in the drive through, i assume because the was a mistake. either way ITS JUST COFFEE!! disappointing to see poor behavior when a accident is made. other than the wait time in the morning, this starbucks is freaking amazing!“

“This location is AWESOME!!! They made my drink perfectly and super fast! I've been to several locations over the last 2 months and ordered the same drink (mocha cookie crumble cream frappuccino with caramel drizzle) and this one was by far the winner! Either they have amazing baristas or amazing training or both. I will be going back to this location!“
