Just a really well done small Mexican restaurant. Very good food!
I am a regular and highly recommend this place. Their beef enchiladas are my go to, and favorite, but occasionally I go for the carne asada meal. The carne asada is tender and delicious. They serve beer in the iced mugs. Mmmm.

Based on the reviews, Tio’s Mexican Restaurant is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Utah. The food is amazing, with specific meals like chicken chimichanga, Pollo Guadalajara, and chicken enchilada being some of the best ever had. The steak strips are also the best. The service is always sensational and great, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The owners are the kindest and always come say hi to families and catch up on life. The food is hot and tasty, and the family-food recipes are fantastic. It is definitely Mexican-American, which most Americans like. It is a family friendly environment and a great local business to support.
