My all time favorite Chile Verde!
I’ve been going to Tio’s since they were in Midvale and moved to South Jordan. People know me if I say a Mexican restaurant is good. They always go cause it always turns out to be great. I know most all the Mexican restaurants in UTAH and the small trucks. Tio’s is one of the best. I did read some of the bad reviews all I can say it must’ve been an off day. Give it another chance.. Based on the reviews, Tio’s Mexican Restaurant is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Utah. The food is amazing, with specific meals like chicken chimichanga, Pollo Guadalajara, and chicken enchilada being some of the best ever had. The steak strips are also the best. The service is always sensational and great, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The owners are the kindest and always come say hi to families and catch up on life. The food is hot and tasty, and the family-food recipes are fantastic. It is definitely Mexican-American, which most Americans like. It is a family friendly environment and a great local business to support.
