“My fiancé and I come here at least once a month. The food is amazing and with the chilly season around the corner it’s a perfect cozy meal. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. Everyone is kind and quick with service.

Parking: Depending on what time of day you go parking could be tough.“

“First i want to say, you cook your own food, so the one star review who said they got sick, LEARN TO COOK! This place is the best. My wife and i come here whenever we get the chance. The food, atmosphere, everything, is just great. We get hot pot and bbq each time. our go to dishes are the rib eye soup, and mine is the Tom yum. We get the black pepper pork, and short ribs without fail. Do not listen to the ones who complain about KBBQ because the truth is they dont understand or respect it. Go here, always.“

“Meat cut are great. Yummy drinks. But service is non existent. From getting utensils to getting the ingredients, to cooking, all self serving. Which means lots of work, very few time to sit and relaxing. Perfect for those who want more step counts.

“all you can eat hot pot? yes already. there’s a whole wall of seafood, veggies, fish cakes, salted eggs that you can self serve? yes again. fridge of beverages you can grab yourself multiple times? yes yes. super nice staff and pretty good broth on top of all that? yes yes yes. I’m from Maryland in an area with a lot of good Asian food, and I just don’t know this is how it worked in Utah 🥲“

“my family and I really enjoy Mr. Shabu. We have mainly been for the sushi, and have really liked it. The Playboy Roll, which is sort of my go to roll, I'm torn if they are number 1 or 2 when it comes to the place I like it the most. but we have enjoyed many other rolls their. but we also appreciate their wall of ramen which is great for my daughter who is trying to like more sushi, but isn't all the way there yet. it make it easy for her to still get a full dinner, but also try some sushi as well. Any ways, if your looking for some good sushi, give Mr. Shabu a try.“
