Nice hole in the wall location with a number of food options. Overall the BBQ was a 3.5 out of 5. The ribs are tender as well as the pull pork. The brisket is also good but I think the fatty part of the brisket which I love was a little on the greasy side. Mac and cheese sauce is good and the bake beans are decent as well.
Saw that this bbq place got quite a few awards with good reviews so I went there today. The area where it’s located is kinda out of nowhere near slc downtown and I don’t know this place is inside a food hall. There were many restaurants in there and the amount of people there was also surprising. I went around 6:30 on Saturday and unfortunately a few things I want to try were already sold out (ribs, sliced brisket, chicken, and corn cake). Anyway, I order pretty much everything...
Me and three friends stopped in and checked things out. They are from Santa Barbara, California. They were here visiting Utah. We found the place by the delicious smell in the air. We all were so impressed. The homemade coleslaw was over the top.
