After eating smoked meats/BBQ in Texas for 25 years i can absolutely say this is the best brisket in Utah! Very tender and moist with just the right season and smoke ring. Unfortunately at $32/lb the brisket is priced too high to be a frequent stop.
I’m a bbq snob. I worked at a local bbq joint for 7 years. The ribs here are some of the best I have ever had! Soft tasty and thick :p the guy at the counter was a bit rude. But I would come back here and recommend it to anyone who loves bbq.
The bar has been set rather high for this boy when it comes to BBQ. This BBQ may not suck, BUT it is a long way from Texas, Florida, Memphis or the South. I had the brisket mac 'n cheese. I'm sure the brisket was fine but I had a hard time tasting it over the overly sweet, overly slathered sauce. Keep at it, y'all will figure it out.
