“I have always loved Panda express. It is one of my go tos. The service is great and fast, the workers are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I recently had some food door dashed and the dasher forgot my drinks. I called Panda Express and asked them what I could do and they said I could come pick up the drinks and they threw in a free plate for the trouble. It was very generous and I appreciated how kind and helpful they were. 5 stars for me:)“

I’m gluten free, with Celiac’s… and called before placing an order for pick-up, to ensure they could make my food with no gluten nor contamination. The girl told me they could for the food I would be ordering… so I hung up with her and placed my order. I went to pick up and the two women who greeted me were so incredibly sweet! One outlined all the dishes they could make gluten free, so I could take a new updated menu home. And the other one walked me out - assisting me with my order… to my car! I get home and I was completely impressed with the level of care shown to my food! Everything gluten containing was wrapped in plastic bags and separated from my gluten free food! The best part, I’m eating leftovers as I type… I haven’t had any reaction!! This will be our families go-to at our new home!! What a gem!“

“Came here once 3 months ago, at that time I told the manager min that your fried chicken like sweet and sour chicken orange chicken became very sweet, which was not good, this time I passed by payson again and sat down again, I missed the lunch buffet time, my wife and I ordered sweet and sour chicken and kung pao beef, tasted perfect 😍, they listened to the advice and reduced the sweetness, and the new floor is also a highlight, 100% recommended“
