I grew up coming here on special occasions, and I always recommend it to folks passing through Springville. The restaurant itself is absolutely charming with its lofty ceilings, seating within the trolley itself, and its friendly ambience. Right from the start you know this place is gonna be good. The restaurant is built off of an old trolley. It’s pretty cool. The food here is even better. The salads are huge, like really huge. The sandwiches are great and the burgers are awesome. I’m a big fan of the Texas burger. Sweet potato fries are delicious and the onion rings are amazing. This is a place that I will definitely be going to again and again. Highly recommend.

I have eaten at Art City Trolley with a small ensemble of musicians I perform with throughout Utah. Every time we have a show in the area, we build in our lunch to be at this restaurant. Try the rosemary fries with garlic dipping sauce! Aaah!!! And their desserts are PHENOMENAL!
