I called in and ordered two pizzas for carry out. I was told it would be 15min. I arrived, and they did not have my pizzas. They checked the boxes and then found my call in receipt on the counter. They quickly cooked two new pizzas. I sat at a table and waited. They brought the pizzas to me and said, "Have a great day! It was our mistake so there's no charge". Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. One was fine the other was the wrong pizza & was overcooked to the point of being inedible. Called to get a replacement pizza & the person who answered the phone didn't apologize & gave me the excuse that they were very busy, which they were, but a simple "we're sorry" would have gotten them a 4th star. Had to keep the first pizza warm in the oven while we went to pick up the correct pizza as we chose not to wait 45 minutes for another delivery....read full review
