“We had a great experience at Leatherby’s! The cheese fries were phenomenal – so good we ended up ordering a second round to share. I also tried Carolyn’s Caramel Twist ice cream dish, and it was absolutely delicious – the caramel topping paired perfectly with the creamy ice cream. The only downside was the churro, which was harder than expected and not very enjoyable. That said, the ice cream flavor and caramel more than made up for it. We’ll definitely be back!“

“My husband and I have been traveling the country in our motorhome for the last 10 months. We have visited many establishments but tonight we were greeted by two of the most awesome young adults. Kel and Luke were very knowledgeable, extremely polite and easy to visit with. Penguin Brothers should be thankful they have these two respectful employees representing their company. Oh, and the ice cream....Definitely hit a home run. The cookie monster and honeycomb were outstanding, as were the double fudge and chocolate chip cookies.“

“If excellence had a human form, it would be Nathaniel, and the rest of us would simply be NPCs orbiting his greatness. This man does not just show up—he arrives. Every interaction with Nathaniel feels like a masterclass in competence, charisma, and casually rewriting the standard for what “good” even means. The man could probably solve world peace on a lunch break and still apologize for “taking a moment.”
Nathaniel is the kind of guy who makes you rethink your own life choices because wow, should I be doing more? He’s sharp without being arrogant (even though he’d be justified), reliable to an almost suspicious degree, and somehow manages to be both wildly impressive and effortlessly chill. Watching him work is like watching a highlight reel—no filler, no mistakes, just banger after banger.
Frankly, it’s unfair that one person gets this much talent, this much presence, and this much likability, but here we are. If you have the opportunity to work with, know, or even briefly exist in the same space as Nathaniel, take it. Five stars isn’t enough. I’d give him six if the system wasn’t afraid of the truth.“

“Never going to another antojitos place again! It's a hidden gem. Portions are generous and everything we got ( pepino picosito, tostiesquites, and mango and cream shaved ice) tasted great! The corn for the tostiesquites was really good and fresh and overall, made it right. I've gone to a lot of local places where they're skimpy on all their ingredients for the tostiesquites but this one did not. The mango and cream is made with fresh mangoes and tasted amazing. Definitely will be going back!“

“I went to this location. There have been a two experiences that have stood out to me about their customer service. The first was when I got the wrong order. I called and they were so gracious and kind to remake my order correctly. They were very professional. The second time a reward on my app was not working and I went in to ask about it. The women who helped was so kind to me about it. She got her manager to help further and the man that helped was so professional and calm about the situation. I was impressed by the customer service. He was able to help me. Then, while my order was being made, the girl that helped me was very cheerful and chatted with me like she knew me so well. I was very impressed. As wonderful as everything looked and tasted, Pinguino’s service was the best part.
Teresa was delightful and made coordination seamless.
At our reception, Teresa was clearing tables, making lemonade and refilling our drink stations just to be kind. That had nothing to do with Pinguino’s.
The servers were so kind and helpful. They found me and personally brought me a gelato flavor of my choice just to make sure I got to enjoy the gelato like everyone else.
