McDonald's in Springville

“I’m embarrassed to say that I go to McDonald’s a lot. I know it’s fast food and it doesn’t claim to be the healthiest thing. But today I had an experience where sharing. I went to the location that I don’t normally go to. This location. And I’d use the app to make my order. I had one of their coupon deals and everything. Then I get up to the drive-through order menu and gave them my code and it was at a different location. The gentleman I was talking to taught me how to use the app and cancel my old order. I proceeded to try and make a new order but the app wouldn’t let me use my coupon again. Once again, the gentleman came to the rescue and gave me the discount anyway. He was super friendly big smile on his face really just happy to help. And then to put the cherry on top, after I made my payment and drove to the next window there’s another gentleman with a big smile on his face with my order in a bag hanging out the window already prepared of course it’s breakfast time and so all the sandwiches are all prepared and ready to go, but I’ve never had it this quick or from somebody with a huge smile on their face as if this was their first day at work. It really caught me off guard. It said a good energy for the day. Thanks guys.“

“It's McDonald's. The hardest part is that you have to go through the gas station to get in. There is an entrance near the drive through but the gas station is safer, especially with children. The service was very quick this last time.

Kid-friendliness: The play area is really nice. We really like that it has a toddler area and not just a 3-12yr playset.“

“I wanted to give a shout out on an excellent employee. Anthony this afternoon was taking orders, delivering food, and cleaning. He was very tentative to the customers and looked like he was working hard. Something that seems to be harder and harder to find now a days.“
