“It's very possible that we caught them on and off night because they were down two cooks and it was the weekend of the eclipse and so they were definitely being overworked. I expected to be blown away by the food. The food was okay, it was good enough that I would give them another try and see if they can dazzle me next time.“
“I tired Eco Taco for the first time today, and it definitely hit the spot! I got the chorizo street tacos and the onions, cilantro, and salsa tasted really fresh! I also really liked the meat and it tasted homemade, but it a good way. My only wish is that they had a salsa bar, while I liked the salsa the tacos came with I enjoy a bit more heat in my salsa and it would’ve been nice to pick my own. I would definitely come back to try other items on the menu!“
“Tacos different from all the others, original creations, different flavor, with caramelized onions, jalapenos with melted cheese and a complimentary toasted tortilla is a plus. We were very pleased with the price, the portions and especially the flavor. The quesabirrias are delicious because the birria has the authentic flavor of birria from Jalisco.“
“I can't recommend Holy Taco enough! First off, the cleanliness of the restaurant really stands out, creating a welcoming atmosphere right when you walk in. They keep the menu simple, focusing on al pastor meat and a solid vegetarian section, which I think is a big reason why everything tastes so fresh and delicious. I've tried the tacos, quesadillas, and gringas, and each dish has been consistently fantastic. Not only is the food top-notch, but it's also pretty affordable, making it my go-to spot for tacos. Sticking to what they do best has really paid off for them. If you’re looking for high-quality, delicious tacos in a clean and friendly environment, Holy Taco is the place to go!“
“Lived in Provo a couple years and thought to finally leave a review. Food isn't quite like what it was like for me in California, but it's unfair to compare the two. So its pretty up there in terms of what you can get in Utah, and the service is straightforward and easy. Food came out in less than 10 minutes for me, which is always great to see. It has a nice atmosphere inside with nice ambient lighting. By far one of my favorites around downtown provo.“
“Delicious Mexican restaurant that many pass by. Was a little cold in the restaurant but the food by far made up for it. The food looks stunning and is very delicious. We ordered 2 tacos one de carnitas and the other de pastor along with one torta de lengua, food was one of the best I’ve had. They have a high variety salsa bar and the salsas there are truly spicy. Fast service and welcoming atmosphere loved coming here and will come again.“
“UNREAL, AMAZING, DELICIOUS!! We found this place as students a couple years ago and have since moved away but we dream of this place. Small but mighty, this place is it. It’s hard to find the real Mexican food but La Catrina’s always gets it right. Wish we lived closer. Oh well, we will continue to travel to Provo to get out fix!!Kid-friendliness: Our kids eat the grilled chicken off the tacos (they love) and we order fries too. It’s a win for everyone.“
“(Translated by Google) The most delicious head taco I've tried so far in Utah ♥️???? I RECOMMEND THEM A THOUSAND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Original)El taco de cabeza más delicioso que he probado hasta ahorita en Utah ♥️???? LOS RECOMIENDO MIL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“We were there this weekend and the pozole was very delicious, the grain feels like natural corn cooked at home, not from a can.The birria and the golden birria tacos were also very delicious, you also feel a homemade flavor. To drink we tried horchata water and for people who don't drink very sweet drinks it was too sweet. The service was very fast and friendly.“
“Such good, authentic tacos! I got carnita gringa and the pork taco, and they were both so good! There's a little booth by the food pick-up where you can add things like onions and cilantro, or get little cups of tomatillo or guac sauce. Clean and chill atmosphere. The servers were also really nice! Great place, will go back again.“
“Food is made with love! Every last bite was amazing.Got the quesadilla with steak & two al pastor tacosVIP style and left my girlfriend and I without words.Service is also 10/10, just amazing people who love to serve!! If more people served like them, there would be world peace.“
“The ambience/decor: A+ paying homage to Mexican culture and inspired design. The quality of food: A+ Why spend your money at bland Costa Vida or Cafe Rio when you can spend your money here, and leave with your stomach happy and your soul delighted. If you like cinnamon, be sure to wash it down with an iced Horchata. The service: B+ I always ask for extra salsa but they always seem to forget to give it to me. Otherwise no complaints.“
“First time here, most of these up and coming Taco places are pretty ok, and the price is on the higher side. This one was top of the charts on taste and quality, and yes it is a little pricier than the typical chain taco joint, but i'd say it's worth the stop.“
“Good food and flavor. They don't skimp with the meat portions which is so nice. Their salsa bar is almost complete. They were missing cilantro by itself. The only cilantro right now is mixed in with onions. I am fine with that but my wife doesn't like raw onions. If you don't like seafood your options are limited but still very good. Next time we go I want to try their fish tacos.“
“The food was decent. Pretty typical Mexican food. The service was a little difficult The cashier didn't speak English very well and my wife wasn't sure if she understood her order or not or what she ordered. The restaurant itself was really cool they had music videos and signs and very clean and classy. I did enjoy the dinosaur theme.“
“Love the Adobada (like al pastor but no pineapple) and carne asada fries. Just your classic Mexican asado fries. I like to mainly put green salsa and a bit of the red. Wish they had one up in Orem..Have heard good things about the breakfast burritos but haven't tried em“
“Nice place for sushi style Sinaloa (México). The owner was super friendly and even though they were about to close, they took great care of us.The asada taco was really tasty that I forgot to take a photo. I recommend you to try the Cielo Mar y Tierra Sushi, it's so good!“
“Buenos Kitchen catered our wedding and they were so fantastic! They are well priced, the food is amazing, and they are super considerate and helpful with any hiccups that may arise! A little detail I really appreciated was when we were doing the taste test, I mentioned a food item I really liked and he brought it out to me even though I wasn’t booking it for the wedding. They had the food prepped and ready for all my guests and even brought horchata which was a pleasant surprise for us!“
