Best place ever the birra tacos taste like heaven
I’ve been a customer for over a decade. The food has always been delicious, hearty, and very reasonably priced. The staff does a great job making every order perfect.
I am truly blessed to have such a great place just a few blocks from my house. Guess that also lets you know I'm a regular customer. Carmen & her crew not only give stellar service, but the food is amazing. Very generous portions that's priced very fair.
There was only one time Carmen ran out of fresh jalapeños & had to substitute canned instead, but later offered a free replacement.
I would highly recommend this place & will continue to support them on a regular basis.

Based on the reviews, Jalapenos | Authentic Mexican Food is a family-owned restaurant that values quality food and amazing service. The atmosphere is very family oriented. A chicken chimichanga was excellent in presentation and every bite was delicious and authentic. The chips and salsa were amazing, and both the green and red hot sauces are amazing. A carne asada burrito was satisfying. The quesadilla is always good, and the salsa bar has about six different tasty salsas. It is a go-to place for Mexican food. However, some experiences were below average. A chicken bacon burrito had no sauce, even when paying for extra. Carne asada nachos had average meat flavor and almost no cheese. For the price, it was below average.
