Went to the Hurrican site this morning the girl taking my order at the trolley was very snippy and snide never smiled and constantly questioned the order.
When I asked why she was in such a mood she said that she was sorry she could not hear me.

Had a pretty solid experience today (around 9am) trying to find which coffee was best for me. I’m not the biggest coffee drinker so I’m not super educated when it comes to my beans and all the ins and outs but I like to find my fix and usually stick with it. The coffee goddess that served me showed amazing customer service and I was not able to catch her name, but nonetheless I’d like to express my thanks again and hope this can reach her :)
