I just went to Wendy’s and I was given the best service at this location and when I asked for extra pickle they put extra pickle not like other places were they only put like 1 extra I loved my experience
Not best Wendy's experience we've had. Still good Wendy's food but early Friday afternoon (430) and thankfully not busy. It seemed like 3/4s of the crew was on first or second day. Understandable that crew needs to be trained but scheduling should be such that it doesn't significantly impact customer service. As such we attempted to use the order kiosk in lobby and it took payment but not the order. Several others had same problem in the 45 mins it took to order and finally...read full review
