An easy place to miss on your way to somewhere else but you would be missing a great breakfast if you did. Fluffy pancakes, eggs cooked perfectly, and crispy bacon are what keeps me coming back.Only a few minutes south of Tooele, it's worth the trip. It's a great place to meet friends on your way to the 5 Mile and Prospector riding areas.Caution: Don't speed in Stockton! They balance the town budget on the backs of people who don't watch the speed limit through town.

The food was delicious! We ate dinner there and the food was quality, I really recommend the cowboy burger. Their fries are amazing as well. We ordered one pancake to try them out and now we're coming back for breakfast soon!

First let me say that the food was fantastic and the service was excellent. That being said it was strange in other ways. We had been to the Stockton Miners Cafe before and was very disappointed when it closed. I happened to pass by it today and I saw the "Open" sign and thought to myself "Awesome! They're back!"
