We’ve always eaten at Foundry when visiting Sundance, but not any longer. Tree room was a special experience. We were celebrating my mother in laws birthday. Our lead waiter, Brent, went above and beyond coordinating with the kitchen to ensure she got nice little surprises throughout. They even worked with me to “plate” our wrapped gift.
