My daughter and I liked it so much we ate there twice this week. I like that you can make your own bowls how you like and the staff is very friendly. “Me and husband stopped for lunch around 1 or 2 pm. Greeted immediately and seated promptly. There's always a nice friendly atmosphere which makes it easy to relax. After a stressful day we were delighted to have a beautiful lady named Martha be our waitress. She was so personable and attentive! She says she's worked there for around 10 years! That's got a lot to say about a business these days.
We ordered 1/2 burgers and fries and we just couldn't stop eating it was so good.
Even if the food was not good I would have left 5 stars just for the service ! Give her a raise!“

“We just had our wedding here 4/26/25 and if I could give 100 stars I would. From walking in the door to see the place to the end everything was perfect! They offered so much for a very affordable price, the food was amazing and plentiful. While the room was a “blank canvas” they offered decorations, a dessert bar, and any help we needed to make our day extra special. It was very professional but a small hometown feel. Our guests from out of town got a great deal with our room block and the rooms were spacious and clean! We didn’t have a DJ but the had a sound system and board to play our playlist. Everything was wonderful and we highly recommend for events!“

“I was hungry for spicy sausage pizza but didn’t see sausage as a pizza topping. I noticed that there was a spicy sausage penne pasta so I asked the waitress if they could use that sauce on the pepperoni pizza that was on the menu. She checked and the chef said absolutely and it was so delicious. I suggested they add that to their menu as the spicy rooster pizza! Our server was lovely and extremely friendly and knowledgeable about her job. We had a wonderful time passing through the town of Ogden.“

I had a problem with an appetizer reward loading in the app, and he took care of it right then, he had our drinks filled the whole time, and even brought out the bottomless fries with the appetizer so we could enjoy them from the get go. He kept checking in and was able to help with anything we needed. All around it was great food and even better service, very impressed!“

“This is everything you could ask for from a neighborhood bar. The food is alright, I recommend getting an Idahoan to snack on. The beer is great and the conversations/people are wonderful. This is the Cheers of Layton Utah. Everything here is a lot cheaper than you can find anywhere else. A few hours of drinking for two people plus an appetizer was only about 40 after tip. It is worth noting that the bar does not serve liquor, only beer and canned seltzers. I will certainly be back.“
