“What a cute little restaurant in bountiful. Just run by the owner and only open certain days and hours. The food is cooked right in front of you and made to order so it always tastes fresh. There is an atm in the restaurant if you don’t have cash. (It’s cash only) I got the garlic Philly cheesesteak it was delicious and I want to try some of the other flavors. The lunch rush hits right around 12 so if you can get there earlier around 11 it would be faster. They stop serving when they run out of food. When I went that was around 1:30.“

“Went to wingers for the first time tonight. Service was fast, drinks were good, and our server was awesome. Food was out in about 5-10 minutes, faster than any other restaurant i’ve been to. Lindsay was super on top of it and made us feel more than taken care of. Definitely recommend!!“

“Love the food here!! Their Buffalo chicken salad and sweet potato fries are to die for. We went with a group though and they just throw the fries that you order on a random tray. So some people that ordered fries didn’t get any with their meal and some that did order them didn’t get any-not a big deal but just weird from the staff. Definitely will be going back though!“

“We had yet another delicious meal and fantastic experience at Franklin Ave last night. The design and decor are absolutely stunning, and the staff from the door person to the host to the servers and managers were all so friendly and knowledgeable. We started off with the chips and whipped feta, hamachi crudo, snap peas, and ribs. All were delicious in their own rite. For the main course, I had the pasta special which included handmade pappardelle noodles, duck, oyster mushrooms, and a spicy red sauce. Yum! The miso cod, bolognese, and fish sandwich were also ordered and everyone in our group was over the moon with their selections. For dessert we shared the maple pecan respado - a must try dessert! Cocktails were amazing per usual.“

“Alright folks, here’s the deal, I don’t leave reviews but damn! I am in SLC with my brother in the hospital in critical care and I wanted a beer and food…. The guy at the maverick across the street told me and my mom to go to legends, a local favorite. We looked across and saw a lingerie sign in a dark parking lot, and didn’t think it was a solid idea. You see we are from Nevada and well, I don’t think much of myself but in a dark parking lot mom and I look like fairly decent attractive women which can be scary in front of a lingerie store and bar given where we are from… We chose against going, which we have now realized was the wrong decision. The parking lot dark looks sketch no doubt… however, we took a chance earlier in the evening when it didn’t look sketchy at all and this place rocks!!! Good beer, extremely awesome service, and we swear they knew what we were ordering before we did with how quickly the food came out. Fresh, delicious, I can’t say enough good about this place!!! Our waiter was excellent and sympathetic to the time it took for us to pick what we wanted beer wise and food wise:) Took the time to not brush us off and made us feel at home in a time we felt extremely lost. If you are visiting SLC, this place feels closer to home. Good sports bar with people who care. Feel like a local, have the best food and simply relax. We have tried multiple places and this is the one that’s stuck. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and giving us the time of day while making dinner feel normal in a really hard time. Couldn’t ask for a better place or better people. Side note- get the tacos!!!! Ooo and the coconut shrimp:)“

“Overall, it's a great place to eat. I appreciate the good prices. The only reason it's not 5 stars like almost everything else in this Hospital, is because of the service. They have ludicrous hours (closing the grill at 6:45, the peak of dinner time???). My wife and I have also noticed multiple times where the grill workers will move at a snails pace from 6:15 until they close it at 6:45. I don't know if that's intentional, but it's frustrating to be in line for 25 minutes and then they just close the grill station. At no other time of day, no matter how busy, does it take 25 minutes at the grill.“

Otherwise the Niche breakfast is my favorite dish along with the freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff is always courteous and friendly but on slightly busy days service might be a little delayed if you are seated at the corner tables.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Salt Republic, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! I ordered the Caesar salad with a flat iron steak added, and it was the perfect amount. The steak was flavorful and tender, though I would recommend cooking it just a tad longer for those who prefer it well-done.

The setting was lovely and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed meal. One small suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours until at least noon on Sundays. There's something incredibly comforting about having eggs on a Sunday morning, and it would be a fantastic addition to the already great menu.

Overall, The Salt Republic offers a wonderful dining experience, and I can't wait to return!“

The soda machine is one of those where you select from a screen and it all comes out from one spout so it's a collage of mixed flavors. “This was by far one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had! The chef came up and talked to us a few times to check in which was great. It wasn’t in an intrusive way by any means it was nice. They gave us complimentary bread that was to die for to start. The menu had so many options that looked amazing that it was hard to choose. I got their garlic and herb chicken and it was the best chicken that I’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with boursin cheese and multiple other condiments that made it delicious. The server was great and the chef came to check on us before we left. The service was amazing, the food was amazing, the whole experience was amazing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone and I probably will do just that! If you’re considering this place DO IT!! This place was life changing. Big thanks to the chef and crew. Also we thought portions might be small seeing the pictures but they aren’t! “I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was trying to find a restaurant that would be willing to accommodate a group of eight with outdoor seating for lunch with a confirmed reservation. My party included an 80 year old, and someone in a wheelchair. Accessibility and a limited wait was important. I was thrilled to learn the manager at Cucina was willing to put a reserved sign on one of the outdoor tables for us. When I arrived a few days later the majority of the tables had umbrellas set up but ours did not so I went inside to ask if they would be willing to set one up for us. Within earshot I heard who I assume to be the manager tell the nice young man at the register that our group does not get any “special treatment” (since they don’t typically take reservations per se). So completely rude and so irresponsible to say where I could hear it. The woman taking the orders at the counter was impatient, unhelpful and not necessarily kind or pleasant. Her responses to my aunts’ questions were snarky. The young man working the register was really nice. The food was pretty good. I will never visit this restaurant again and certainly wouldn’t plan a big family birthday lunch here again. Disappointed to say the least.“
