“As far as sushi goes, it's an excellent place for a casual sit-down. With simple, yet comfortable decor, and a well-lit atmosphere, the spot gives a nice homey vibe to dining experience. While I've had much better, I have certainly had much worse. All considered, it was among the better-than-average sushi that I've had the pleasure of consuming.
I would strongly recommend the Provo Roll; it left me craving more.“

“SOOO YUMMYYYY!!!! I come here any time I visit Lehi because it is just so spectacular. The steak is melt in your mouth heavenly. The flavors just explode in your mouth and the hibachi chefs are so fun to interact with. I always do the hibachi and order steak and shrimp with fried rice.“

“Just want to thank the people who do such a wonderful job with flavors here.
Whether you come for the Sushi, which is better than anywhere I've been in Utah Country at twice the price, or the Thai, which is authentic and to die for.
Let me just say, the Nam Tok is a thing of beauty. Get it very spicy. And I've never been disappointed by the curries or the thom kah.
Thank you, for giving me such delicious food.

Flavors at this place are quite delicious. The Massaman curry is delicious. The Nam Tok (Beef Waterfall Salad) was amazing, so good. Also liked the Tom kha.“

“Lily and Sherley were great to help us get our order fixed! Super kind of them, they definitely deserve a bonus or something they were very considerate. My wife was sad bc the order was wrong and she is pregnant and it was the only thing she felt like eating, and they made it an easy fix! The cooks should know what to put into their take out bowls though, but its okay.“

“Fresh, never frozen fish! Itto's has spoiled me, and now I can't make myself eat raw sushi anywhere else.
They serve real, fresh wasabi with some of their nicer fish (including the sashimi, which I am a little too fond of), and they have plenty of options for those who don't enjoy raw fish (you poor things). You do get the usual ginger and fake wasabi with normal rolls, but the ginger is always fresh!
All of their sushi, cooked and raw, is phenomenal. Anyone who moved to Utah from the coasts and was used to good sushi can rest assured they'll find it here!“

“my family and I really enjoy Mr. Shabu. We have mainly been for the sushi, and have really liked it. The Playboy Roll, which is sort of my go to roll, I'm torn if they are number 1 or 2 when it comes to the place I like it the most. but we have enjoyed many other rolls their. but we also appreciate their wall of ramen which is great for my daughter who is trying to like more sushi, but isn't all the way there yet. it make it easy for her to still get a full dinner, but also try some sushi as well. Any ways, if your looking for some good sushi, give Mr. Shabu a try.“

“1/25 asked for more veggies and less chicken and they gave me more broccoli than usual. Add mushrooms. Soba noodles cost extra but are yummy. If you don’t get chicken everyone will be hungry in an hour.
Food was very fast and tasty but there were hardly any vegetables and a lot of meat. It used to be 90% of the vegetables is cabbage, 8% broccoli and 2 % carrots but it was better recently.“

“We love and have been coming to happy sumo for years. It’s a great environment and service is usually quick and good. Holly did a great job. The last time we went my entree came out way later than my husband’s which was mildly inconvenient. We shared his sushi until mine came. They had a seasonal sushi roll with jalapeños and lime and escolar sashimi that should be on the permanent menu! It was so good! Make it permanent. Also, I feel like the temperature of the restaurant is always on the cold side, so be prepared for that.“

“For me a great find. Make sure you’re hungry they fill you up. I got the beef teriyaki with noodles and veggies and amazing would be the right description. The steak was so tender and the flavor was perfect. I also ordered the medium spicy and it was just what they said. One of my favorite places for lunch or dinner.“

“Believe the hype! All of the good reviews are there for a reason! I have gone there twice this week as I am visiting Lehi, Utah. The sushi rolls are outstanding! Ask for the Thundercat, which is off the menu! Both John and Josue are outstanding chefs that work at the sushi bar. Register shirt, when I return, I will be coming back for more!“

“Sushi Ya was really great for lunch today! I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and quantity of the AYCE options. I usually avoid this kind of place because it tends to be just a mountain of rice with a little not-great fish, but this was awesome! The fish-to-rice ratio was about 1:1, which was fantastic. It's hard to find eel that's not bristly with tiny bones, or salmon and mackerel that taste fresh and not fishy. Everything I tried was high quality and delicious, and I can be very picky.
The service was quick and we had our rolls and nigiri super fast. My hand roll was the biggest one I think I've had, with lots of scallops. My one tiny complaint is that the lights were a bit bright, but it was daytime. They even have a little koi pond! We will definitely be back and next time I'll take a photo for sure.“

“We had an awesome experience at Umami for my birthday. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our party of 10 received excellent service from the minute we walked in until we dragged our stuffed bellies out of there. It’s truly a dining experience. We will definitely be back!“
