“After about 10 visits, K's finally fell short for me. 90% is still an 'A', I guess. **I won't count the time I ordered an xl poke, but got the regular size.** I placed an online order about 40 minutes in advanced (because that was the soonest the system would allow). Everything seemed to be going to well, but after 40 minutes of waiting I show up and they say their systems are acting funny and they didn't get the order in. So after 40 minutes of waiting, no call, no text, no communication. I show up and the order hadn't even been prepared yet. So the young man puts the order in finally and I expect maybe another 10-15 minute wait, but no 30 minutes later (after already waiting 40 minutes) the order is finally ready. I couldn't believe after having such incredible service that this would happen. It's unfortunate, the owners are really nice people.“

“This is my favorite Japanese restaurant. Giving 5 stars on everything because it’s really this good. The service is excellent, the food is super good, and the vibe is very relaxing (especially if you come for lunch) I love their lunch special bento boxes. Good prices and amazing food. “The ramen and the boba tea drinks were delicious. And ramen was just the right amount of spicy. They have a screen you go up to order and pay at but there was gentleman right next to it to help with any questions you had. Great service and food!“

“There was an issue with the system that made it so my order didn't populate until I was in the store. I went back to work nearby while the staff was fixing it. There was an issue with my phone number too and the hostess literally RAN half a block to get my contact info before I drove away. I didn't catch her name, but that alone is worth a 10 out of 10.“

“I love these guys so much, the owners got stuck in traffic and so were a smidge late opening, and they gave me a free drink for waiting so long. The food is fantastic and the chefs are quality. They have a variety of fish options and even some vegetarian options, which is excellent since I'm trying to watch my blood sugar.

The food was excellent - we liked everything we tried, including ginger stir fry and several sushis. But they were understaffed on the night we were there, and service was slow. We were enjoying talking with friends and didn't mind, but I hope this is something they improve.“

“Went in when it wasn't very busy. The interior surprised me. The outside makes it look a little bit shady/run down or whatever, but the you step in and realize it's actually a really nice place. Koi pond right as you step in, decorated really nicely too. The food was amazing. Easily my new favorite all-you-can eat. I couldn't finish everything, and got a box for a fee when I was finished (I was planning on ordering some to tak home for my friend and siblings anyway). Overall 5/5 amazing style
