“Came during lunch time. Small place but the staff is small too. Might be a husband/wife team. He's the sushi chef and she's the sever. So if it's busy you need to be patient. It was worth the wait for us. Squid salad was awesome. Tokyo roll was awesome. Also got the small sashimi platter which had very generous sushi portions on it. Everything we got were good portions and high quality. Not cheap, but I guess fairly reasonable prices for Park City and sushi is generally not cheap no matter where you go. If we were local we would eat here at least once/month if not more.“

“PQQ...PRICE to QUANTITY ratio was just right, and the QUALITY I felt was right on. The Sweet and Sour Chicken had a nice crust that soaked in the tasty sauce. My Beef and Vegetable plate had nicely sliced beef and veges that really went well with the dark sauce. I couldn't finish so I got some take out. Nice date spot but might be a little pricy with children (they are picky you know).“

“We dined in order to assess Powder for an upcoming holiday dinner for work folks. First visit and we booked our group dinner at the end of the evening! Exceptional service from Shelby. Requested her for our future reservation! Hamachi crudo properly prepared. Parker house rolls warm and soft with Vermont butter. Skeptical of the fettuccine with lemon cream sauce but Shelby gave it high praise. It was fabulous! The coffee rubbed bison filet was tender and perfectly prepared. Last but certainly not least, lavender crème brûlée!! Unique and exceptional.“

“We like Ghidotti's because the food is good and predictable. The tables are nicely spaced so you do not feel like you're on top of another party and it gives an air of graciousness to the dining experience. The service is always excellent as the servers are always anxious to please. A nice touch.... it was my husband's birthday and the server brought a delicious dessert with a candle (without being asked.) When we received the check the dessert amount had been subtracted from the bill. What a nice gesture. A little thing like that can go a long way. We will be back soon.“

“The food was great. Our server was very kind. In order to get to the restroom one has to walk-through an area where there's all kinds of supplies that are exposed to the public. It seemed a little bit odd. When we ran low on drinks, we could not find our server we tried several times to flag went down and no one seemed to pay attention. The restaurant was nearly empty. We eventually got the intention of the host and when we asked him if he could get our server, he told us she was busy taking another order. We understood, and asked if he could help and he said that he could. We let the server know ahead of time that we would be paying separately and that our orders would be separate, however, when the sushi came out, it was all plated together instead of on separate plates, there were some allergies in the group and that made it a little bit difficult, but we navigated the sushi is by far the best that there is around and aside from a few hiccups we definitely will go back“

“A great distillery tour that was finished off with some even hreater whiskey! My partner had the 101 flight, which is hard to go wrong with, their flagship whiskeys are all very solid! I tried the reserve flight and really loved the Bourye whiskey, it was very smooth and a bit sweet!“
