“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“

“My family arrived as a large group (6+ people) during a lunch rush to celebrate a sibling's new job. The staff was quick with our orders and the space was perfect for a small family celebration. They have plenty of seating and a fun fooze ball table.

There was a mix up with my order. But the employees were awesome and quickly made me another smoothie. They let me keep the original incorrect smoothiewhile replaced it with the correct order. The staff was extremely kind and understanding despite a large rush of customers for lunch.

My family and I are regulars at the location and have been before. Because of their exceptional service I wanted to share that we will continue to patronize Boba Break! We are grateful for their service and delicious boba!“

After the owner took the time to respond so courteously to my review, I decided to give them another chance. Keera and Indigo assisted me and truly took the time to listen to my previous experience. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I genuinely appreciate their empathy and dedication to great customer service. I also tried the mango sticky rice that’s been trending on TikTok—and it did not disappoint! Thanks to how well these ladies treated me, I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I visited this place based on a recommendation that they had great drinks and was looking forward to a good experience—but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.

When I walked in, I asked for a recommendation, and the girl who helped me was friendly and suggested the “Milky Way,” describing it as similar to a root beer float with soft serve ice cream. However, when I received the drink, it didn’t include any soft serve.

I went back to clarify, and another girl with green hair told me that the first employee didn’t say it came with soft serve, only that it could be added. I ended up paying extra to have it added, hoping that would improve the drink.

Unfortunately, it still didn’t taste good. After just a few sips, I politely asked if I could swap it for something else. The response I received was dismissive—the girl told me, “You drank half of it and didn’t have a problem with it before,” which wasn’t true. I hadn’t even finished a third of it and was only trying to see if the added soft serve would help the flavor.

As a first-time customer, I was really disappointed by both the miscommunication and the customer service. I had high hopes based on the recommendation, but sadly, I won’t be returning.“

“At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. “What started as a boba obsession turned into one of our favorite take out place in UT. We ordered DoorDash one night and fell in love so much we went and picked it up the next night. The chicken fried rice is the kind you search for until you find THE one. The boba isn’t too sweet and they give the right amount of boba. I considered decor little cold and boring (uninteresting black tables and chair) but place has enough room to accommodate sofa’s/ arm chairs or more comfortable and more inviting seating.“

This is the 2nd place in the last week that posted one price on their menu and then charged a higher price and stated their menus are out of date. Most places it’s illegal to post one price and charge another but it seems like common deceptive practice lately. Please don’t up your prices until you put the effort in to change your price board.“

I got a chicken broth ramen and it had fried chicken in it. The fried chicken was great and crispy. My 1 year old daughter also loved it! I would definitely order it again!“
