I’m writing this 2 years later as I still think about this often. I’ve consistently gone to this location as it’s easily the best managed in n out burger I’ve been to in UT. 2 years ago I forgot my wallet in the drive through, they caught me driving off and insisted I eat the food hot and come back later to pay.
This is a well run location. But grilled burgers can never be five stars when charbroiled exists. And the fries are the worst. Cooked and flash frozen always gives a better crisp. Fresh potato fries never won a fry competition ever. Join the revolution and tell them the burgers are good but the fries are gross and maybe they will change. And I am a former Californian.
