“I'll e honest... I was about to give this company 1 star due to my previous order being messed up. I received fries that were soggy and chicken that was not up to my standard..However when I called them they were polite and they fixed my order immediately and had it sent out within a hr or less..When I received my fixed order. The fries were perfect (came with ketchup this time) and the chicken were all perfectly cooked right.So.. Thanks management! And team for the time you all put in!“
“Brianne is the sweetest person there. I pulled up to the hut lane thinking it was a drive thru😅 and they took my order there anyways and they were so sweet. I came in today to order the same thing and THEY REMEMBERED MY ORDER AND MY NAME. Anyways you are lucky if they help you. They deserve a raise!“
“Prices have gotten worse quality has gone down and they charge you a delivery fee but that fee does not go to the drivers they still expect you to tip them on top of a delivery fee and paying for your food. It's getting to be too dang much“
