Pizza Hut in West Jordan

“I recently had an issue with my order from Pizza Hut, but I was blown away by how they handled it. After calling their customer service directly, they went above and beyond to resolve the problem quickly and professionally. I can honestly say they are #1 in customer service! On top of that, the food is always pretty good—hot, fresh, and satisfying. It’s great to know that if something goes wrong, they truly care about making things right. Highly recommend!“

“I'll e honest... I was about to give this company 1 star due to my previous order being messed up. I received fries that were soggy and chicken that was not up to my standard..However when I called them they were polite and they fixed my order immediately and had it sent out within a hr or less..When I received my fixed order. The fries were perfect (came with ketchup this time) and the chicken were all perfectly cooked right.So.. Thanks management! And team for the time you all put in!“

“Great place. We visited for date night and it was a very good choice. Food was great. We sampled the meat lover's melt which is like a quesadilla made with crunchy pizza dough! It's well seasoned and it's pretty filling. We also tried the sweet chili and sweet BBQ wings. Both great. The bacon cheesy bread is also very tasty, somewhat grease but really good. More cheese than bacon but I will definitely have it again. The also have beer and many tvs to watch your favorite game. Give it a try!“
