The employees, Addie & Hannah provided, by far, the most exceptional service I’ve ever received in a Waffle Love. They should both be acknowledged and promoted to general managers or at least given a big fat raise! :)
The staff there need to work on customer service. I asked for extra butter on my plain waffle and received barely any. Then I had to wait to receive more. When I finally did receive it my waffle was cold causing the butter not too melt. I also ordered a piece of chicken which they said I was never charged for. So after my BIL paid for it, the chicken finally came out, I gotta it was Relish! Fabulous, even! Oh, and I finally got my butter!
