I highly recommend this Café Rio for lunch. The service was exceptional and all the workers are extremely friendly if you are looking for a great Café Rio location it is store 021!!
The food is fresh, but the drive-thru needs help. Order is missing something or made wrong and I have to end up going in to get it fixed or drive away unsatisfied. They always make you pull forward and then they'll bring their order to you, buyer beware it's usually wrong.
Ever since this location was moved from its location south of this location I have felt like the staff has become unwelcoming. It was a very fun location to go to when they would holler out extra cheese and stuff like that.I felt like I was almost a bother to them. I don’t expect a lot, maybe a smile and hello and what may I get for you today. They have been this way since they moved to this location. Not fun.
