We’ve ordered from here a few times and the food has always been good. It’s hard to find a decent Philly style cheesesteak in Utah! A few weeks ago we were in a hurry so we ordered two hot sandwiches about an hour early for a specific time to pick up. Unfortunately they were very very cold and seemed to have been sitting out on the counter for quite some time. I mentioned this in the customer survey and the manager, Blake, reached out to me directly and offered a refund for...

The service was fairly slow (over 15 minutes to get our sandwich orders), bread was bland and tough, and the pepper on the prosciuttini overwhelmed the other meat & cheese on the classic Italian sandwich. Perhaps one of the other choices would be better, but it's too expensive to risk another sandwich.
