We hadn’t been to Chili’s in a long time but decided to give it another try when our original dinner spot had a waitlist. The service was excellent, and the vibe was great. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome right away.

We started with the wings, which were good, and the margaritas were amazing, things were off to a great start. I ordered the fajita trio while my partner ordered a burger. Sadly, the main courses were a huge letdown....

Shelly was a saint and the perfect ending to a great night! Her hospitality, awareness to our needs, and her warm and kind nature made this chilis feel like home. She had an incredible attention to detail that anyone would be lucky to receive! Thank you for hiring people like her! She deserves all the good things chilis can offer!!!

We were in the mood for more than fast food and decided on Chili's. The food was good, and the hostess was pleasant. Our service wasn't the best; she was attentive, but not the greatest.
