Today we went with the desire to buy some ice cream. We only ordered a shake and a sundae. We ordered the medium size. We specified it twice when paying and realized they gave us the smallest size. We let the service person know. She didn't even offer to give us what we ordered. She just apologized. It's a shame the service is so terrible. When you pay for it, it's not free! We hope that next time, if we go back, it doesn't happen again.

I placed an order for delivery and it was not correct. I ordered the cali and received something no way resembling the pic. I proceeded to walk over the restaurant and asked for a manager. Was asked to wait for the one on break or to wait for the one that disappeared.
One came up took my complaint offered a replacement which I didn’t want and it would’ve been a waste since it wouldn’t have been eaten then walked away.

this is some madd good grub, great service, and thin, crunchy, but soft fries that still manage to have the same punchy flavor from that of thicker ones, and albeit i was skeptical of the look of the burger, ill have you know it was phenomenal, 10/10 would recommend
