Tonkotsu Sushi Hand Roll Bar offers super fresh and delicious hand rolls, including favorites like the spicy tuna hand roll, hand rolled salmon, and Unagi that is divine, rich, and tender. The "spicy" means a chili crunch, not spicy mayo. The beef brisket dry noodles and gyozachos provide a creative blend of flavors. The strawberry crepe cake is scrumptious. The soy sauce is homemade, and the wasabi is real wasabi, with a specialty pickled Kizami Wasabi that knocks socks off. The miso soup is top notch. For big appetites, go straight to the 6 piece, but also try the Blue Crab and Scallops. Everything is amazing, affordable, and a great find. Service is fast, friendly, efficient, and like talking to a friend. They now serve alcohol. Tonkotsu Ramen bowl with a side of kimchi and tabasaki are also delicious. It is one of the best sushi offerings in Utah, great for people who prefer cooked to raw.
