“Our pizzas were good. We had one employee short us on cheese on a build your own MOD. Two of their sodas were out Coke & Coke Zero. We let them know twice but they didn't change them until the third time and we were done with our food. This location seems to always be under staffed. There were only 3 employees at 7:00pm on a Saturday evening.“

“Z Brothers pizza discriminated against an disabled employee. The manager short lady short hair at the Layton store sent a disabled employee explicit videos while at work 2025. this employee never asked for it which she claims this employee "begged her" to send it which was a complete abhorrent lie. this employee asked the owners Matt and Jake Thompson for a meeting about the disgusting video and disability accommodations from a Doictor note. they determined to let "bygones be bygones" And that "life isn't dair!" and do nothing about it. the manager completely lied about it, and other incidents of harassment directed to the former disabled employee. gas lighting them to take all the blame so the manager would avoid any responsibility. This former employee filed a case with the Utah Labor Commission and the EEOC which is still in litigation as of 2026. another former employee saw the manager talking with employees about private medical information about this employees disabilities. another employee who was discovered smoking weed in the restaurants bathroom while at work in the Layton store and would come to work under the influence on several occasions. That employee is now charged with a crime as of February 2026 for threatening this former employee about what the manager told them about the case. The owners Matt and Jake Thompson continued to look the other way of the managers despicable lies about the former employee and believe these despicable lies. the owner Matt Thompson verbally harassed and retaliated against this employee calling them " the worst person they have ever met" and is recorded in a lengthy phone call. the Utah Labor Commission and EEOC case is ongoing and will continue through June 2026 potentially further. the owners need to be held accountable for disability discrimination retaliation and harm caused by the Layton store manager.“

“We had Umani Pizza with Santiago tonight for a private party for 50 people. The pizza is great, and the Italian salad was fantastic. The best part is dealing with Santiago. He showed up early, and pizzas were coming out right on time. They are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!“

It was super clean & in a neighborhood that looked like it was being re-vamped. I hope their "temporary closure" is very temporary. Locals need to try it out for a date night! “The food is amazing. As an Italian-American Jersey native, I am very picky about my pizza and this place hits it out of the park with their crust and sauce. Cheese is cheese, but they get the ratio right every time, at least on the secca which is what I get. I love that they make the pizzas fresh and fast, so it's always steaming hot and delicious as soon as it comes to your table.

There is a woman who is always there when I and my roommate go, her name is Alicia and she has our orders memorized at this point, because we go so often. It's always a joy to greet her and see her smile when we walk in! There was also an instance where my roommate Adrian spilled his passionfruit lemonade (also very good btw), she made him a new one without me even asking and was very quick with cleanup. The other employees are quick and polite as well, I've never had a bad experience with anyone there.

BUT the food was outstanding! Pizza was loaded with tasty toppings. The jalapeño pull apart stole show, so much gooey cheese and the ranch was so good. Oreo pizza for dessert was also full of flavor. I’m impressed and will return in the future!“

“We came here for our 11-yr anniversary. For our 10-yr anniversary we did a pizza crawl in Chicago, Detroit, NYC, and New Haven Connecticut. So this year we did a much smaller version to check out pizza more local to us. Compared to the pizzas we tried in NYC, it was pretty good! The slices are huge. I got a pepperoni slice and my husband got a cheese slice and a bacon/green olive slice.
I thought it was pretty great overall, but my husband wished the crust was more crispy, though he liked the sauce.
The staff was friendly, but the music they were playing was pretty awful and the bathroom was gross. Overall great pizza and we’d come again.“
