“Frequently visit the one near Pizza Plus. Great ice cream, last Sunday we visited April 12, the girl handed me my one scoop of ice cream cone, I just looked at her. I took it, it was the smallest scoop I have ever seen them give, especially for $5!! If it happens again they can keep it, and we are done!”

“Ordered my sub online, got home and realized it was made with steak and not chicken like I ordered. I called and spoke with the lady that made it. She was super nice and apologetic! The staff let me come back and pick up the correct sub the next day (my request to pick up next day). Still giving 5 stars, even though my sub wasn't correct the 1st time because the staff were awesome, took accountability for the mistake, and fixed it.”

“I love Bella’s food! The food is never bad! However The only issue I have is anytime you call after a certain time the phone is off the hook. This is the 3rd time in the past month I have tried calling Several times and it comes up busy. I’m not the only one that has had this issue. A local business called one night and several of the team members tried getting through for 2 hrs and it was busy. Today it’s 6pm on a Friday and the same problem. I get ppl are short handed but you would think they would want the business.”

“I picked up a bag of your Clinch Mountain Chai last time I was in Abingdon. This is by far one of the most delicious teas I've ever had. I love the Appalachian tie with spicebush, too. Thank you for making this and putting it out there for us to enjoy. Appreciate ya!”

“I had a great time here. Had a tea party with 3 of my friends. The space was a little small and didn't give an intimate experience but it was very thought out from the fixed menu to the tea recommendations. The food was very good and the tea choices were extensive. The food menu changes seasonally There is a small giftshop and an ice-cream parlor attached where you can get coffee and tea. The price was different than posted online so confirm the price per person when you make a reservation, which is required. The price we paid was similar to other teas in the area but i wish i knew upfront.”

“Stopped in on my way through town. They had a wonderful buffet. The waitress Lisa or Tina I’m not sure which her name was, was very accommodating and sweet. The pizza bar was hot and the salad bar was fresh. I would highly recommend eating here.”

“I just finished eating here and it was so delicious. I ordered the Manchester Special that came with tilapia, shrimp, crab, rice, and veggies…I couldn’t eat it all due to being so full. It was $17.99 for that special and the tilapia itself was a decent size piece of fish. I will definitely be going back.”

“I was in there the other night picking up an ice cream cake and felt tempted by the food so I brought some home. It was better than expected, much better than it used to be a few years ago. Normally I just go for the ice cream cakes. Keep up the good work!”

“Food great for this Arby's I thought and I also thought that is was fresher than the last Arby's I had eaten at. The store was very clean inside and out and it seemed very organized and we'll keep. Now as far as the employees I thought that the ones that were working and trying to make sure the orders were taken care of and customer upfront where taken care of quickly and with friendly service but as far as the ones that were just seeming like we were a problem because they had to work and make our food and wait on us well I think that someone as far as in management might orta retrain these people or but them on some type of point system because there were 5 employees that we counted not doing anything but standing around cussing in front of us the whole time. Yelling playing load music and talking about things that very inappropriate in front of us customers and other ones thinking I guess we couldn't hear them in the dinning room or they didn't care one. When the other staff that they had working were killing themselves and I mean literally were having to run around them because they would just be slumping over on the counter in the back where food is suppose to be made and the other workers having to try and work around that kind of bad behavior. That makes customers not want to come back and the good employees want to quit and find another job in all.”

“To-go only and that's fine by me. I call in my orders and the orders are always correct and fresh. Portions are huge. We get steak & shrimp and teriyaki chicken.”
